The Data Controller also acts in accordance with the data protection practices established by the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) and the data protection commissioner, while also considering relevant international recommendations.

1.2. The Data Controller acknowledges and considers the following obligations as binding:

1.3. Any personal data received by the Data Controller through the contact form available on the website www.99999.hu, via phone, or email may be used for customer service purposes.

1.4. The Data Controller retains the provided personal data for a maximum of 1 year from the date of data submission, after which it is permanently deleted.

1.5. If a new request is made by the client during the data processing period, the data processing period restarts in accordance with the above rules.

7. Other Provisions

For any data processing not listed in this notice, the Data Controller will provide information at the time of data collection. The Data Controller is legally obligated to cooperate with official authorities (e.g., courts, prosecutors, investigative bodies, administrative authorities, NAIH) upon request by providing necessary data, provided that the request specifies the purpose and scope of the required data.
